These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kunojp platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing kunojp, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026Beyond the legal language, these are the practical commitments kunojp makes to every member who accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Every rule governing your account, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals is stated in plain English with no hidden clauses. kunojp publishes all material changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed within an average of 15 minutes via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay, subject to the conditions in Section 7.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one kunojp account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension in accordance with Section 5.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and kunojp ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the kunojp platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit awarded to a Member under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Section 4 of this Agreement before withdrawals may be processed. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law. Members are solely responsible for determining whether access is permitted in their location. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by kunojp. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is primarily operated and marketed for adult residents of Indonesia. If you are accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia, you are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. kunojp makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all locations.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship or incapacity that would render this Agreement unenforceable.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list maintained by kunojp or any affiliated operator. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact our support team before attempting to register a new account.
21+ Strictly Enforced: kunojp employs automated age-verification systems and manual KYC review processes. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required.
3.1 Registration Process. To access wagering services on kunojp, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to keep your registration details accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. kunojp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated wagers and balances.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your Account. You must notify kunojp immediately at the contact details in Section 16 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance within it to any third party.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. Before kunojp processes any withdrawal request, the Member must successfully complete the KYC verification process. This requirement applies to all accounts without exception, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
4.2 Required Documents. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. kunojp aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document submission during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases may require additional time, during which withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.
4.4 Right to Request Additional Documents. kunojp reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any point during the life of an Account, including after initial KYC approval, particularly in cases of unusual transaction patterns or elevated withdrawal volumes.
All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are retained only for as long as legally required and are never shared with unauthorised third parties.
5.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kunojp Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

Where kunojp determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in any prohibited activity, kunojp may void all wagers placed during the period of misconduct, confiscate the entire Account balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kunojp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
6.3 Currency. All funds on the kunojp Platform are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in a foreign currency will not be accepted; Members must convert funds to IDR prior to initiating a transfer.
6.4 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment instruments not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
6.5 Processing Times. Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. Delays caused by the issuing bank or payment processor are outside kunojp's control.
kunojp does not charge any internal processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees; please check with your provider before initiating a transfer.
7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. To submit a withdrawal request, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC verification as described in Section 4; (b) a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds as described in Section 8.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set per account tier and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Requests exceeding the daily limit will be queued for processing on subsequent business days.
7.3 Processing Time. kunojp targets an average withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to automated fraud screening; requests flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals submitted between 00:00 and 06:00 WIB may experience slightly longer processing times.
7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method and account holder name used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. kunojp reserves the right to request additional verification where a mismatch is detected.
7.5 Withdrawal Refusal. kunojp reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, unmet wagering requirements, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by kunojp are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion description. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the promotion's validity period will result in the Bonus Funds being voided automatically.
8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitute a violation of Section 5 and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
8.4 kunojp's Discretion. kunojp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We also reserve the right to refuse a bonus claim where we have reasonable grounds to believe the claim is not made in good faith.
8.5 Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions by game category are published in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers on certain events or games may not count toward a rollover requirement at all.
9.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers are subject to kunojp's acceptance. The Platform reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers that are unusually large, placed in unusual patterns, or placed on markets with suspected integrity issues.
9.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to your wager are those displayed at the time of confirmation, as recorded in the Platform's transaction logs. kunojp's records are definitive in the event of any dispute.
9.3 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the odds were published due to a manifest error; the market is suspended prior to the wager being confirmed; or the event outcome was determined by circumstances outside the scope of the applicable sport's governing rules.
9.4 Mix Parlay. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet) wagers, if one or more legs of the parlay are voided, the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid legs. If only one valid leg remains, the parlay is settled as a single wager at the odds of that remaining leg.
9.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) wagers are subject to additional rules reflecting the dynamic nature of live events. kunojp reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Wagers accepted during a temporary suspension in error may be voided.
9.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on kunojp are governed by draw results published by the relevant officially recognised draw operator. In the event of a disputed result, kunojp's determination based on the official draw result shall be final.
10.1 Platform Availability. kunojp endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. kunojp is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Accuracy of Information. While kunojp takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, scores, statistics, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Members should not rely solely on information presented on the Platform when making wagering decisions.
10.3 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kunojp's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kunojp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
10.4 Member Responsibility. Members acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made voluntarily and at the Member's own risk. kunojp does not guarantee any return on any wager.
11.1 Commitment. kunojp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risks of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity.
11.2 Available Tools. Members may access the following responsible gaming features from within their Account settings at any time:
11.3 Age Verification. kunojp enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any person who reasonably appears to be under 21 may be required to undergo enhanced identity verification. Accounts confirmed as belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
11.4 Support. If you believe your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, please contact our support team immediately. 12.1 Ownership. All content on the kunojp Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of kunojp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, recreational wagering purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
12.3 Prohibited Use. Any scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform — whether manually or through automated means — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
13.2 Termination by kunojp. kunojp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) kunojp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 10, 12, and 14 — shall remain in full force.
14.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kunojp holds its primary operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available on request from our compliance team.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
14.3 Indonesia Market Context. While kunojp's primary audience includes residents of Indonesia, Members in Indonesia acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and discretion, and they are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
15.1 Right to Amend. kunojp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.1.
15.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is effective as of 1 January 2026. Previous versions are available on request from our support team.
